Pet Friendly Apartments in Kentwood, Michigan
At Eastland Apartments we are “pet friendly” and want to meet these important members of your family. Pets may be dogs or cats (upon approval from the office). No caged animals or reptiles of any kind are allowed and certain breed restrictions on dogs apply. Please bring your pet to the office for an “interview”. We like to meet and get to know all our residents, even our four footed ones!

Pets are not permitted without a signed pet lease, and pet fees must be paid in full prior to the pet being in the apartment. We do not allow visiting pets. Please be advised that if unregistered pets are found after move in, the initial pet fee will be charged at a rate double to the above listed fees & pet rent will be billed to your rental account starting at your move in date.
We do not accept Akita, Alaskan Malamute American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Siberian Husky, Mastiff, Olde English Bull Dog, Presa or Cane Canario (Canary Dog), Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Dalmatian, Saint Bernard, Great Dane or any mix of these breeds.
